A student of any school being trained to justify the theft of the working class' wealth through trading derivatives, credit default swaps and market manipulation. Kleptocrofers become Kleptocrats when they are elected to public office. Then they enact policies and regulations that support the global Kleptocracy being systematically erected all around the world. In doing so they are turning the entire world population into slaves that work their entire lives to supply the bankers with wealth created out of the working classes hard work.

That person that borrows something from you and fails to return said object to you. when you ask them about the object, they say that they lost it or left it at home even though you know that they have said object on them

I lended my pencil to my friend, RJ, but she never gave it back and when I asked about it, she said that she had lost it even though she was using it. That fruitloop dingus is such a klepto!!!
