Compulsociation is the emotional state of feeling obligated to spend time with individuals whom you don't particularly enjoy, but you know they possess the potential to harm or intimidate you if you choose not to engage with them.

Sarah experienced a strong sense of compulsociation as she agreed to attend a party with her aggressive coworkers, fearing the repercussions of declining their invitation.
