1) A speed, or meth addict who has assumed the role of the drug, in other words, they lost their personality to the drug.
2) An ex- deadhead or hippie who has fried their brain and is now living in the small, paranoid world of warped memories of a mundane adolescence. They communicate by spreading urban legends as "amazing" inspirational stories that align with their perception of reality.
3) A stupid, spastic teen (or adult, but less common) that display ignorance and naivety with every action.

I was walking through the Haight the other day and was surrounded by tweakers.

I went to my high school reunion and the tweakers were still messed up in the head.

adj/noun; a marketing tool used by corporations and organizations that have much more money than they are really worth to promote a product that is not as good as said tool. Hence, "teaser" is used in this sense to trick the unknowing angst-filled i-don't-know-who-i-am-yet consumer that there is a world out there where everything is roses, deep romantic kisses, and a stack of perfect pancakes floating on a pool of maple syrup flowing directly from the tree. Nip Teaser

When a male or female exerciser cuts or rips the sleeves off of their t-shirt. The cut can only expose the arm, or go as far as being cut to show their nipples (or bra). Often, when they are "nipteasing" really well you can see the abs of those wearing them. Nip teasers are not for the light-hearted. Wearers of nip teasers often want to show off their muscles (or lack there of) while working out or strutting around the gym. An alternative to nip teasers in the winter months are "Sneazers" (sneazers are made of sweatshirts or sweaters cut in a Nip Teaser fashion.)

Hulk Hogan and Dog the Bounty Hunter are often seen in nip teasers.

Mainly used in Philadelphia, A Tweaker is a female who gets around! A whore, smut, slut, hoe, or trick. "Tweak" can also be used in it's place, as well as "Tweaking"

tweaker poop

Dilapidated motorcycles, old computers, and other junk that represents a net waste-of-time and money to resuscitate for even the most skilled and diligent of DIY hackers.

In the dreamy eyes of the tweaker, however, this rusty lawnmower he found in a ditch represents an incredible sparkling opportunity to do a "fun" Burning Man project, or something of the like.

The project, however, never gets completed, and the rusty lawnmower gets stored in some community hacker's community workshop space, taking up space that would otherwise be used for more plausible projects.

"Tell Tim to stop bringing all of that tweaker poop back to the shop, I can hardly even get back to my welder without climbing over his rusty three-wheeler and the leaky row-boat."

tweaker tantrum

This is what happens when a meth addict is in the beginning stages of withdrawal and is faced with another adversity. They overreact to almost anything and it can be humorous.

After being kicked out of the Motel 6, Tyler was yelling as the garbage bag holding all his belongings was torn apart and they were spilled onto the lawn. An hour later he was seen passed out face first on the lawn. Passersby thought that he must have had one hell of a tweaker tantrum.
