Sykkopath- A portmanteau of the streamer Sykkuno and the word “psychopath.” A person who uses friendly and happy nature to torture and psycho-terrorize people. One Sykkopath can loosely be Saw, as he presents his torture as a game.

“Did you see that guy on the TV torturing hostages?”
“Yea, he’s a total Sykkopath.”

when your roommate is an attention seeking pathological liar and told you that the boys did coke off of her mirror but said she didn’t do any coke but then your friend tells you that she was ripping lines with him all night but like why does she need to lie no one cares if she did coke

When a guy who is being a dude takes it too far. Like homie is just weird. Maybe he will shoot up a gas station because you caught him doing some weird shit? Idk. A sickopath just be a sickopath.

Randy: dude you remember that one guy in school who got caught with 1tb My Little Pony p*rn in the library?
Angel: yeah. That dude was a sickopath. On some different shit or something else.

sicopath

A sicopath is a cross between a sicophant: someone who seeks to win favor with flattery, and a sociopath: someone with acute disregard for the rights and feelings of others. People who kiss up to Donald Trump, himself a narcissist (if not also a sociopath) for purposes of political appointment or advancement, with near no qualifications, integrity, or ability, willing to carry out his agenda over what is best, are sicopaths.

Matt Gaetz, Margorie Taylor Greene J.D. Vance and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are perfect examples of sicopaths who know or should know Trump is evil, and yet spread his lies and promote his agenda in the interest of acquiring power thru him.
