One who can be found at Santana Row more often than the actual inhabitants. Generally female, an official "row rat" is characterized by hotness, a propensity for rock star style partying, and a reluctance to spend fewer than 20 days out of any 30 day period at The Row. The most successful "row rats" have been able to infiltrate the Santana Row society to such an extent that they are able to throw parties at the Santana Row pool facilities.

Get the row ratmug. rowe shambo is the greatest game ever invented. when challenged to rowe shambo some one you have to kick your opponent in the balls as hard as you can. it is the first one to go down who loses. of course after the first kick the standard tactic is for the person who gave it to simply conceed the match safe in the knowledge that he can still have kids and just kicked some one in the balls really hard with no consquences
