Poor man's sploof

Puppy poor

Buying a $1000 toy breed puppy to have as a fashion accessory like Paris Hilton, and not being able to afford care for it because the owner has rent payments, cell phone bills, etc. as well.

Brittany asked PetSmart if they knew of a free vet anywhere around for her teacup chihuahua, as she was "puppy poor" from having her rent and spray tan bill due on the same day.
