An exceptional human being, who is always full of life and ready to drink alcohol (the finer ones). An ishiyetaa is a common term used for people who are the life of the party. They are most likely known for their ability to talk to people about anything and everything but have a low tolerance for people with a bad sense of humour and low IQ. They're pro at sarcastic banter and appreciate people who can come up with excruciating comebacks.
