A condition in which a place of business puts a temporary halt on the hiring of new employees. This is often the result of the CEO purchasing a new yacht or Fiji beach home and usually means that employees of said company should start looking for new jobs.

The condition of any unexplained rash , cyst , draining infection , limping or general grossness of one's leg.

Can also be caused by sliding into 2nd , stepping on rusty nails or hose testing.

Other known contributors are misuse of Chinese medicine , never wearing shorts , Greek messages and most likely too much mayonnaise.

There is no point in having a tail and wagging it

If you are in charge of a group of people there is no point in doing the work yourself, instead of making your workers do it for you.

The supervisor Phil was shoveling sawdust while his workers were watching. Marcus yelled out 'there is no point in having a tail and wagging it'. Phil put the shovel down and made the workers do the shoveling.
