Femo (pronunciation Fe-i-mo). Defines the extremity of an already Emo-fied person. Emos are an exclusive type of group, who attract attention to themselves with ridiculously tight clothing and abstract hairstyles. Femo means "Faggot Emo" - a commonly used definition to describe an individual. More common use of the phrase is "Faggot Faggot Emo". However, Femo is another commonly used phrase and achieves the desired effects.

They are generally overweight, and are generally shy and self-conscious about their weight.

Basically someone obsessed with themselves, most likely never notices loved ones, friends, people around in general. Femes comes from "Fumes", as the person is very deadly and poisonous. A Femes is a very open person but only their eyes speak the truth.
