At Macteens, being "clarked" is being banned from the forums, banning your whole country (See Hong Kong), or seeing hex code instead of text by the Administrator, who's name is, coincedentally, Clark. It's quite the common occurance.

To be fed excessive volumes of dessert in a manner in which it is impolite to refuse. Usually after a large meal, or when one has a valid reason for not eating cake (diabetes, for example.) Aggressively done in some cultures.

I went to Oddi's house and his mom caked me to the point where I had to flip my plate upside down to prevent more cake from appearing.

Describing someone who is too young and feeble to be of any use to society, and instead is a burden. Can also describe the sellout children who are undercover cops who try to nail stores for selling cigarettes to them. Implies that the person in question is so young and infantile that they aren't even old enough to buy a pacifier to suck on.
