Well, the word speaks for itself a fatherless child but not all of the fatherless children are children. Some of them are adults.

Gray Child

A young person who was killed in a bombing. The color comes primarily from the coating of rubble and concrete dust on their skin but the lack of color from being deceased also contributes.

Also spelled Grey Child.

After seeing all those videos of families pulling their gray children from the rubble I support a ceasefire in Gaza.
