An appartment, town home, or house in which a military member and family are placed without choice. Utilized to oppress service members family from normal day to day activities. Also used to conduct social experiments on those who occupy the premises without their concent. Ruled by an elite group of officers or one dictator.

What do you mean you can't make s'mores in your back yard? You must live in military housing.
