The term Groven is also a word in Internet slang, referring to a grill and an oven in a single machine.

Many people also observe Groven as a religion, especially in southern Australia and parts of Albania. In this religion, the Groven is seen to be a divine God worthy of worship. The leaders of this religion are known as the Grovenors, or Grovenor General's. The religion even has an official committee, known as the Federal Grovenment.
