A down babe refers to a girl that is always 'down.' She will never reject a guy who wants to fuck. She wants dick all the time, she alwaysss be thirsty. She has no respect for herself, she has no friends that are girls. She hangs out with a lot of guys and they sometimes mess with her or take her stuff. They crack jokes and don't really respect her.
