Snackzi

A "Snackzi" is a slang term used to describe a person who is overly controlling about snacks, often hoarding them and dictating which snacks get bought or eaten. This person tends to eat all the best snacks themselves and sets strict rules about snack consumption for others.

"Matt is such a Snackzi—he bought a bunch of snacks for the office, but then ate most of them himself and complains when anybody else buys snacks because it’s unhealthy"

The tiny bits of food, crumbs, and sauce drips from recently eaten food that get stuck in a bra, long hair, beard, moustache, chest hair, shirt, bedsheets etc.
Snacks may be flicked away, washed off, or especially eaten when noticed.
