3. "plus up"

etc.

1. "+ up for party" - an invitation to get invited to party, usually responded to with "+" or "x"
2. "+" or "x" - the response to "1. "+ up"", shows that they want to be invited to the party.
3. "plus up" - phonetic spelling of "+ up", means the same thing.
