Punk Bitch

Someone who talks shit, then calls the cops when you tell him to shut the fuck up or square up, then brags about calling the cops to his friends like that makes him hard or something.

My neighbor is a punk bitch, he talks shit to me when he walks by my window, and the one time I got up and went outside to tell him to say it again, he shut the fuck up, and called the cops when I went back inside. Then he bragged to the other bitch ass neighbor about how they were gonna take my dog, but the cops just got mad at him and told him to leave me alone, then they called him a punk bitch and said if he did it again, they would arrest him for disorderly conduct and harassment and then throw him in the cell with all the sex offenders. Then he did it again the next day, and it was funny watching his backwards baseball cap go flying off his head when the cops body slammed him into the pavement.
