Typically instead of a standard burnout at a set of lights or a stop sign, or perhaps at an intersection in front of a small group of people, “circle work” is kept for such occasions when a large group of people is available to view the display. The vehicle owner doesn’t just do a burnout. They try to burn that clutch and tyre tread down as much as possible whilst slowly spinning the car in circles so they can still a) view the audience, and b) not choke to death on the clouds of rubber smoke being churned up from the tyres.
They have degenerated into muddy, rum-soaked, all-night drinking sessions, complete with circle work by hungover ute drivers the following morning.

Get the Circle workmug. Having a special someone of the opposite sex who you CC on messages for no reason or send funny pictures/videos too. You keep in limited or no contact outside of work and have no sexual chemistry. You are in work-love
Man I CC'd Tanya in my meeting request, she's not even in the same branch!

Get the work-lovemug. Taken from legendary pro wrestler Hulk Hogan who would use the phrase to turn down any decision that didn't benefit him. Now used as a way of turning something/anything down emphatically

Get the Camilla Workmug. This is a phrase that a humble boss would use when they have no idea how to help and want to confess that they are an absolute idiot and to apologise for putting you in a situation where you will probably get sick from stress and overwork.
"I can't believe you agreed to that. There is no way we will get it done in time."
"Work smarter not harder."
"Ok, it isn't your fault that you are a moron. I accept your apology."
