A William is an amazing friend, who usually gives great advice; Usually a wrestler, Has rock hard abs and flawless hair. He will make you smile even when you are full of dispair. Every one wants him, but even tho he doesn't do anything, he is often described as a fuckboy. (People that call him that are just mad that he doesn't like them).
