A slack-jawed attempt at conveying interest in another person. Generally noticed whilst driving an automobile, the "Toowoomba Stare" will present itself as a mouth opened look of contempt with unbroken eye contact as you drive by. Drool and glazed-over eyes may also be present.
Person One "What the fuck is that retard looking at?"
Person Two "Don't mind him, thats just the Toowoomba Stare."

The period of time needed to cast your eye over your Blackberry in order to see if you have mail etc.
Slightly longer than a quick glance and shorter than a gaze, when caught doing the blackberry stare, people not in the know will simply think you are stupid.

Look similar to "evils", usually used by cowboys in a showdown on Wild West films, commonly used to challenge someone
I was in the pub and a guy was so giving me the texas stare, not sure if he was just dodgy or actually wanted to take me outside for a gun fight

A salieri stare is a reference to the film Amadeus. In the movie, salieri; a musician obsessively envies his rival, mozart.
And fittingly, it is used to describe a stare that potrays envy.
