And of course, according to the official truth the scapegoats were like always "hostile western forces."
Deng Xiaoping combined Mao's ruthlessness without his incompetence, Xi Jinping, a.k.a. Winnie the Pooh kills too, he has focused on the Uyghur minority and of course other regular stuff like the genocide in Tibet.
