Get the loony binmug. 1.One who aquires or retrieves items or half-eaten or pre-chewed food from bins or other trash receptacles. Sometimes distinguished by stench of bins or bin juice. Often associated with bums or abos.

Get the Bin Divermug. 
When you go around in a group kicking peoples rubbish bins over to cause them distress.
Usually around my area this is done on a Wednesday night when people leave their bins out for the bin men on Thursday morning. You can do it when the bins are empty too, but is more fun if they're full.
Bin jobbin works best in long roads and streets, when there is at least 10 bins lined up outside and you can run past kicking them all over while shouting obsurd insults.

Get the Get in the binmug. A bin stretcher is something an co-worker asks the rookie hire to search for. The person sent looking for it will usually ask others where it is. Sometimes, he/she will be redirected elsewhere to locate it. It simply does not exist. It's a prank played on new fresh-faced employees.
"Hey Bob, did you hear Cam sent the new guy in receiving to look for the bin stretcher? He spent half an hour searching for it. This never gets old".
