Authoratyrannical

Combination of authoritarianism and tyrannical relating to behaviors of dominance, perpetual bullying and demanding of obedience while exercising power in a cruel and /or arbitrary way. Generally applied to national leaders who abuse power to maintain or increase their own power/standing/wealth.

The former President of Iraq was an authoratyrannical leader who destroyed his friends and enemies alike, all in the pursuit of perpetual power.
