To urinate in a place you shouldn’t be passing water in and then barrel rolling away from the crime scene.

An example of when you would use Tinkle and Tumble:
Person A: Dude I need to pee
Person B: Just piss in that bush
Person A: What? No I can’t do that!
Person B: Just tinkle and tumble
