An optionment is an optional assignment.

Much to my dismay, my students think their assignments are optionments and tend not to complete them.

That's not an option

And not because I "just don't want to" but because I foresaw the need for me to be unable to cede control. Initially. If I have it, it is too late for me to do anything about it. I don't think you understand what is happening here and I think it's the result of your misconceptions about power.

Better Option?

A board game that consists of a persons life in shambles. Activities include running from police, dating younger homosexual men, calling off work, getting completely wasted and high, proceeding to drive home wasted and high, and mispronouncing words and creating incomplete sentences.

Options Gamer

An Options Gamer is a person who has to adjust the settings first before even playing a game rather than after to see if settings need to be adjusted. Also applies to people who have to look at the options without changing them before playing a video game.

"Hey babe, how come you haven't started the game yet?"
"Sorry I just have to make sure the settings suit my monitor and if all the sensitivity is right!"
"Why don't you wait to play to see if you need to change anything?"
"Look, I just know okay"
"Ugh, you're such an Options Gamer"
