Zoby Language

The zoby language is a language made by zoby in 2017. It is primarily doggo lingo and English, with some other words that are..... interesting. The language was made well zoby was being herself, saying words weirdly on purpose. Her friends labeled the her dialect as a language, and this page on urban dictionary was born. Zoby’s cat, out!

academic language

The level of oral, written, auditory, and visual language proficiency required to learn effectively in schools and academic programs.

The language used in classroom lessons, books, tests, and assignments, and it’s the language that students are expected to learn and achieve fluency in.
Frequently contrasted with “conversational” or “social” language, academic language includes a variety of formal-language skills.
Academic Language can be seen as an economic and racial barrier to achieving the grades necessary to gain higher education. Academic language is often code for "white language" or the language used by the dominant racial and economic class in society.
When I wrote my thesis statement in the first person and explained why I felt the topic was important, my teacher told me that I was writing to casually and needed to use academic language in my paper.
