An otherwise intelligent individual, who unknowingly mixes and mangles idioms, often to great comedic effect.

The cop, apparently being an undiagnosed Idiom Savant, says "I'm watching you, mister. Now you are UNDER my radar!"

The act in which one person cannot stop preforming an action which causes harm to either themselves or others and simply cannot stop the repetition of said action

That idiot jumped off a building thinking he would land in the retractable awning of the store on the first floor. He broke every bone in his body but survived. After several months in the hospital he is release and does it again. He is diagnosed with repeated idiocracy

Something all too common at urbandictionary and demonstrated when people write ignorant definitions of things they know nothing about, label and stereotype groups of people and persons they know nothing about, and defame groups of people-particularly persons of faith-they disagree with.

Idiocy is the largest commodity ignorant people will never run out of.
