That reference from the Bible where the Savior in it said you can't be His follower unless you give up all you have is the real deal starting line that the whole religion these days just has no regard for.

I know. Nobody wants to run that race legitimately like they did back in the day, not calling what had been theirs their own any longer, but instead just sharing their heart, soul, and everything else together as one between them all.

When you get set up to let your guard down and get robbed, usually by a girl who fakes interest in you so that you stay in one spot and she can give your location to whoever wants to harm you.

Marc: I heard Bennett got lined by Alicia, they kicked down his door and ran his pockets!

Line of Liability

The hospital’s invisible line outside the main lobby doors where they wheel their patients to after they are discharged. Utterly nervous that the discharged patient will slip and fall before they exit the hospital, a collective sigh of relief by the hospital lawyers after the patient has been wheeled to the line of liability, steps out of the wheelchair, and walks away.

The hospital staff gingerly helped the discharged patient exit out of the wheelchair and take a step over the Line of Liability. The patient could have collapsed after that and crawled to their car, but it wouldn’t matter; they had crossed the Line of Liability.
