Get the Karenmug. There must of, at some time. Been a woman named Karen who was such a bitch that she destroyed the name Karen for every other woman with the same name forever in just a few years. She must have been such a vile, stuck up, self important asshole of a woman, that she gained enough fame and recognition for her personality as to have created a whole definition in a dictionary around her given name.
That Karen is such an asshole. I didn't think that birds had enough confidence to act like they are totally the law or above it and think they can absolutely get away with it all the time.

Get the Karenmug. 
The process of destroying a Karen's goal of complaining or uselessly injecting herself into any conversation. Then throwing their opinion out along with acting as if yours is subpar. In general not minding their own business.
This process requires firm action and tone, with a confrontational demeanor.
Direct subject matter focus.
Passively Aggressively calling them disrespectful names. I.E. " See you next tuesday"
FIRMLY shutting them down by insistence they mind their own business and take care of their own.
Providing evidence if needed. I.E. " the height requirement is here, my son is shorter than the arrow you fool"
Then turning away as she continues and ignoring her.

" omg your kid is to big. He's gonna hurt my kids. He needs to get out of their!"
From there the threat of management is projected through her slightly off white teeth, polluting the atmosphere with even more bulleshit.
Your child comes over with additional complaint.
" Dad, she yelled at me and told me to get put of the park"
You press for clarity as a dad would.
" what did she say exactly?"
" she said I'm to big and I'm gonna hurt her kids. She said I better not hurt them "
From there the rage boils. Time to Krush.
You March over, firm, brow down. Lips somewhat pursed and inhaling deeply.
" don't ever tell my son anything. Mind your business Karen. The height is posted right there! My son is shorter than the requirement"
From there you ask your son to come over and stand at the measuring chart. He is of course shorter.
" oh no..it looks like he's shorter. MIND YOUR BUSINESS. "

Get the Karen Krushingmug. Karen is a woman who skrimped and saved and did without for her family & husband. Karen is a woman who did not need what others did but love and the love of her family. Karen also loved and cherished people and and connected to them, students and such realizing her own family has enough and connected in her heart with them as a person. To that her family could feel, what are we? Chopped liver? Why do you seem to care and be connected to them? Karen also, the one I know, can be extremely stubborn and irritating. Though no queens in our country some crown of authority. The Karen I know, can also be cute & cuddly as a teddy bear, when tired. And needs someone to protect her at times.
The Karen I know, also is like the sun, shining out warmth in a natural way, the the earth would seem so much more cold and empty in ways.
That Karen I know, is my mom.
I feel both angry and unfair the word is made bad for such a warm & sacrificing person that it is and was all about love to her and also feel very strong I semi survived a Karen. (My weird sense of humor.)
Never got to be a princess and the queen never relinquishes her crown.
If mom had a sorting hat, though she would definitely be a hobbit or a Hufflepuff and other members ogres and vampires or elves or humans or other things slightly less wholesome.

Get the Karenmug. A Middle-Aged woman with short blonde hair, they will find any reason to get angry at anyone who denies their superiority or mildly angers them.
If they are somewhat irritated by any employee they will insult, and yell until they see the manager, with the common catchphrase, LET ME SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER. If they are not willing to take this approach, they will find anyone, and if they do something mildly infuriating, they will release all their anger on them, often in high-pitched battle cries blurting swear words. If someone remotely tries to fix their problem, they will immediately deny and yell at them since that fixes the problem and it revokes the feeling of superiority, and if you get to their last resort, they will go on Facebook and rant about the situation making you look like the bad guy, and if you even have video evidence they will try to call on their fellow Karens and exorcise you by screaming curse-words.
And if you are unlucky enough, you may marry a Karen and which if you do not do everything she wants, she will divorce you and take the kids, but do not worry, this is very rare.
And for your information, Karens can be made either by genetics or going for the attire - A Middle-Aged woman with short blonde hair, BUT FEAR WELL, there are several Karens that may go under a different attire and alias but you can differentiate by figuring out their aura and attitude.
