Snuffler

Someone who has a stuffed nose, refuses to blow said nose, and also refuses to breathe out of their mouth. These people, are most likely idiots. The noise this action makes is horrible.

A message primarily sent in Whatsapp or other group chat mediums that contains an offensive snuff video of some sort (ie. violent videos, horrible accidents etc). Usually sent by "That guy" who has next to no filter or shame.
