Someone who is not doing what they could be doing. Normally specific to the situation.
Used normally as a nudge to take action. To point out
something someone is doing or not doing, or could be doing.
Like a duck sitting in a
puddle. Ducks can waddle, swim and fly, explore the whole world but this particular duck is sitting in a
puddle.
"Great wide world to explore, stop being a
Puddle Duck."
"You
aren't happy on your
relationship, stop being a Puddle Duck."
"Ready to go there Puddle Duck? We are waiting on you."
