Dumpling day

A joyous occasion where friends and family from the burbs of Lanta gather to feast on the boiled remains of chic-n-veg in water broth frothy goodness. When parsnips and persnickety appetites combine - you get drop style chicken and dumplins’... hence dumpling day.

Each bite is washed down with volumous quantities of lightening water, aka vodka. Garnished with citrus of the gods.

Join me next year, but rsvp.
Fuck you all... gotta go.... its dumpling day!

clutter day

Clutter Day is a Secular Holiday with spiritual overtones. On Clutter Day, one disposes of combustible material which has emotional significance, but no further practical use. It is the respectful way of ridding oneself of Clutter. Ideally, friends gather in a quiet natural space and burn their Clutter together.
As soon as I finish this UD definition, I will invite my friends to a Clutter Day in the (South Jersey) pines.

Family Day

(n.) A Public holiday celebrated by societies where kicking one's kids out of the house once they turn 18 and sending one's parents to nursing homes when they grow old are expected.

(n.) A time when people who have had no contact with their family for a year give their family a two minutes call.
I haven't heard from my son in a year so I decided to call him on Family Day.

I went to visit my mom at the nursing home on Family Day. That's when I found out she passed away months ago.
