chOUtING

1) SHOUTING WHILE CHATTING BECAUSE ALL CAPS IS ON.

2) Chatting on public platforms like facebook and google without regard for anyone's privacy (self nor involved parties with regard to subject, plaform, context, participants,...) which is real-life equivalent of shouting in every conversation.

Etymology: Combination of chatting and SHOUTING often stylized as chOUtING because this emphasizes the combined character of the word.

1) in chat ALICE is chOUtING (meaning 1)
Alice: WHAT HAPPEND TO MY LETTERS?
Bob: Did you accidentaly press CAPS LOCK?
Alice: WHAT IS CAPS LOCK???
