When a person interrupts someone one who is already talking and gets mad at them for not listening.

The Mid-Talkers are always getting mad when their interruptions are not working.

Sara just tried to interrupt the President in Mid Sentence but he just carried on with his speech, Sara then got mad and called him an asshole.

A person who talks about a subject without really answering the question or addressing the problem.

Sue: "Did you hear what the boss said when I asked him if we were having an office Christmas party?"

John: "Yes, he talked about how expensive food was, how much fun a party is, and all the shopping he has to do. Typical circle-talker!"

Rape Talker

Literally, one who uses talk as a form of rape. This rape is more of the emotional variety, like a holiday family gathering. You don't want to be there, you don't want to talk to those people. But you do anyway, with a smile.

The rape talker just walks up to you and starts talking, even though you have gone out of your way not to talk to him (avoided eye contact, did not respond to what he was saying, etc.)

"Man, I wish that damn rape talker would stop coming over here and bothering me, I just want to do my job!"
