Noun: a seemingly most awesome person in the universe. A level unattainable to reach by "average" people. A Ragooshkin is a very small tight knit group, others who apply for ragooshkin recognition will more than likely be denied to their lack there of awesomeness.

RANGOON

A circular/cylindrical flat object, derived from the crab rangoon or crab cake. Anything resembling a crab cake can be a rangoon, could even be a rice cake, sushi could probably be referred to as a rangoon too.
