This is a gang known in Texas mostly in Southwest Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and other over populated hispanic cities the males are kalled Tejas Surenos 13 and the females are kalled Tejas Surenas 13. To show that there down they have to put 3 dots on the left side of there wrist an one dot on the right making the number 13. The colors are Blue - Brown - and the original colors of the Surenos of South California Gray. The enemies are Bloods, latin kings, and TGB.
