Social Security

Originally created to help the unfortunate during the Great Depression, it turned into a multi-billion dollar ponzi scheme that will never be voluntarily abolished due to the lobbying power of the AARP and the fact that old people vote more. Social security takes a little over 20% of total expenditures, and the privileged gerontocrats that lived long enough to receive it get three times the amount they paid in the first year of receiving benefits. Most Gen Xers and Millennials will never see a penny of the FICA money they paid in because economists estimate the money from social security will run out by 2030.

Guy 1: "Man, I'll never see a penny of social security money."
Guy 2: "That's because teabagger baby boomers are going to suck off all your hard earned dollars while simultaneously asserting that socialist programs need to stop."

Star Trek Security

A term coined by Jason Muskat, a noted Computer Security Engineer, in 2007 for describing computer systems that exhibit high ease of use but have an extreme absence of security considerations. Such systems can be placed to the far right of the Security Triangle indicating the system is highly easy to use and functional. In popular culture one can see such systems demonstrated in the popular TV series Star Trek.

Government department with the job of making people insecure by getting cops to break into their homes.

A good example of Newspeak.

The far-right bigot in charge of this office, whose name I forget, is the same man who spent years trying to lynch Mumia Abu-Jamal and he's praised the Nazis as well.

Security Department

The largest and most efficient combative department in the Foundation, home to the legendary Strategic Security Unit. Normally found in the Class-D Containment, they are the forefront to the protection of the Foundation against rioters. Certain elements may also assist in protection against raids, if need be.

The Strategic Security Unit? Aren't they a Security Department unit on par with MTF?

Social Security Disability

The Holy Grail of government entitlements. In the projects, receiving this benefit is the equivalent to being knighted in Great Britain. Only the laziest and truest scum of the earth seek to attain it's $700-a-month-for-life brilliance.

I got the bipolar, my niglet got the ADHD, and my momma got the diabetes. God blessed us with money for life! We's on the Social Security Disability!

The most wasteful body of the entire United nations, cloaked with so much power and possibility but overshadowed with so much stupidity by things such as but are not limited by the power of P5 veto's, inability to listen to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan when it is obviously a good decision, also this member state condemns the use of napalm and other terribly traumatic uses of weapons that would hurt general and innocent citizens. In short the security council is one of the hardest committees that have existed within MUN and the real UN for it combines the element of tradition and crisis and full and total amounts of stress about having the ability to really do something to help the world . SRMUN 2014 has reaffirmed this over and over and over again. Thank you I yield the rest of my time.

When I got put into the Security Council, I wanted to just condemn everything and everyone.
