An attractive, smooth-talking, charming young man. A guy who grabs his female best friend's ass because he knows he can get away with it. He is handsome, intelligent, fun, funny, charming and sweet. A tangible or in tangible card given to the DJ, music officer or person controlling the music at a given soirée that forces them to immediately play a Pitbull song. This can be an effective way to liven up a boring wedding, make a house party seem like a Miami club or to ruin friendships.
