Typically means unconsensual sex, aka "rape" in a story. In the real world, rape is a shitty thing to do and if you have ever done such a thing to an innocent person, kill yourself, and I mean that in every way.

Fortunately, as long as you don't bring your fucked up fantasies to the real world, non-con may be weird but if it's in a story you like, just skip over it or something unless you read it because you like it.
