The act of getting so buzzed off of nicotine you can barely walk straight. Common slang with people who JUUL to take a rip.

Example 1:
Juul user: Bro you want a hit?
Man: Nah I got super Nic Ripped in the bathroom earlier, I can hardly stand.
Example 2:
Man: I smoked a pack of cigarettes in an hour and almost threw up i got so Nic Ripped

man 2: No way

this can result in FPS (flaky penis syndrome) and if untreated can result in MSS (mayonnaise spunk syndrome.)
