A misogynist usually catcalls women, mansplains, and man spreads. This is to “assert their dominance” which is extremely misogynistic, believing the idea that men are stronger, smarter, and better in every way compared to women. They think equal rights for people other than cis het men are ridiculous. They also get offended by any confident woman ever.
Luckily, most misogynistic men get scared by women and girls barking at them.
Misogynistic women on the other hand, are simply, Karens. Maybe with a little less entitlement. But they still think the same things as misogynistic men, that men are better. This is why mothers treat their sons like kings and treat their daughters like servants.

A man who makes derogatory comments about women, to their face and/or behind their back. Openly objectifies women with his friends. Often jumps from relationship to relationship and cheats and lies the entire time, even while he is honest and trustworthy with his bros. And then continues on to call every girl a "psychotic/crazy bitch" after he's done with them.
His resentment for the abuse he suffered at the hands of his mother must have resulted in his misogynist views.
