Holly is breathtaking, she has gorgeous shiny brown hair, beautiful tan skin , and wide brown eyes, she has long legs and is on her way to becoming a model, she is never afraid to stand up for what she believes in, and never afraid to speak her mind, she can get feisty when shes mad, she treasures friends who are loyal, she hates people who are fake to her face and talk about her behind her back. she is constantly singing and isn't even that good but doesn't care what anyone thinks anyway. she doesn't need a man and always supports other girls

Holly

Holly’s are always beautiful! Generally they are the image of a princess, with long, dark, thick hair and huge shiny eyes, as well as a body that has the guys gaping at their curves whenever they doll-up. Tough as hell, Holly's may have experienced some hiccups in their life, but they never seem to bite the dust! They have huge hearts and a tendency to be excessively loud without even acknowledging it. With a particular talent for writing, their friends and teachers repeatedly express hope for a future publication. However, they have the ambition and spirit to be whatever they want, from a Russian impressionist to an accomplished mathematician, but would achieve most in occupations involving MI9 and super-spying. Despite recurring blonde moments, they have the IQ of a genius and outshine all their friends, especially in English. Their ability to laugh at any time, even when it’s completely inappropriate, along with their fair and gentle nature leads others to be drawn to their light and positive attitude. Always reliable and honest, Holly’s are the first one called when a problem arises, and the most likely to stand by you. They will never let you down. Anyone who has a Holly in their life is blessed.

Hilly

A "hilly" is the term used to define a creature who asks for nudes of females unless assumed to be gay. In order to be a hilly you must constantly ask people for nudes and if the goods are not received forward onto the next step witch is to get pissed off at the person until either ultimately receiving them or until the user blocks all forms of contact from you.

Hollywood Blowoff

A dishonest response given by one party designed to avoid the need --or courage-- to tell the other party that they have no intention of ever re-contacting them. (especially in a case where a telephone number or other contact information has been asked for).

In short, when someone lies their intention to call back or otherwise re-contact someone else.

(By the way, the Hollywood Blowoff can be easily avoided simply by using the honest phrase: "Sorry, I don't give my number out", or "I'd prefer to contact you if I'm interested")

The most famous example of the Hollywood Blowoff is: "Don't call me .. I'll call YOU".

Typical scenario:

AVERAGE ALVIN: May I have your telephone number?
-or- "Can I call you"
-or- "Do you have a card?"
-or- "When will it be ready"
-or- "When will I know the results of the audition?" etc.

SNOTTY AGNES: Don't worry darling, I have your card (when, in fact, Average Al either has no card or never gave it to Agnes).... I'll call you... Honest.
-or- "I/We have your number"
-or- "You'll be hearing from us/me"
-or "I'll/We'll let you know as soon as I/we find out"

AVERAGE ALVIN: Why Agnes, you hideous, loathesome, stinking bitch from hell....You're giving me the Hollywood Blowoff, AREN'T you?! Jeez, I'm SO sorry I came to this book signing and wasted both my time and money on you.. Here, please keep your sorry little book and read it.. That way you'll have a better idea of yourself than I now do, you pitiful, pathetic asshole, you. If you ever, ever walk through MY neighborhood. you'd better look both ways before crossing!

A device used by hollywood that makes it appear that shoots are being fired.

When you see an actor and shots are being fired around him and dirt is flying up to show where the shots are missing. The Hollywood Flasher is used to create this effect.

Or to describe somebody as ruthless, and who doesn't care who they sleep with. It can be a boy or girl... but it is mainly used amongst girls.
