Ejaculating while driving a motor vehicle resulting in momentary loss of control of the vehicle. Nearby drivers will often notice the vehicle zigzagging as the driver zagnuts on their steering wheel.

It's always a good idea to be alert when passing a big rig because those drivers are often working on achieving a massive zagnut.
