Referring to those with an xx chromosome, when a woman explains something in an overly complicated and patronising way. Similar to womansplain.

"If your coming from down town, you need to drive for about 5 or 10 minutes until you see a big tree on the left side of the road. Just after that, you need to take the second on the right and then left again just before the post box. You go down that street for about 10...."
