The act of being so overcome with emotion that
1. The eyebrows come together and curve up at the inside.
2. The eyes become big and childlike
3. The lips and sometimes the chin shake.
Number three is what actually constitutes wibbling.

wibblefish

Similar to Douglas Adams's babelfish in that it is a small creature one inserts into one's ear. However, unlike the babelfish it affects the wearer such that they can't understand anything anyone says to them in any language even if they speak that language fluently. On a more positive note it also grants the ability to make the perfect slice of toast.

to whibble is to use (ideally) 2 fingers and vigorously move them in a horizontal action to create a pleasing wobbling action. Breasts and bum cheeks are the usual ideal targets, however, it is only limited to your own imagination.

I was quite shocked to find Amy being whibbled again by a complete stranger.
