It is the presence of God in your life, not your possessions, that makes you a success—stop chasing material things and start a personal relationship with Him.

You may be financially naked, educationally unqualified, and not connected to people of influence, yet if you've faith in the power of the presence of God in your life, you can expect your nothings to turn into somethings—who you have, not what you have is what matters.

A common thing teachers say in primary school, when you upset someone or hurt someone.
It can also be used when you are TALKING WHEN THE TEACHER IS (which btw I have not done) ;)

You pull Bob’s hair.
Bob is crying like crazy.
Me: It wasn’t me!
Teacher: Say sorry NOW!!
Me: Uh, sorry Bob
Teacher: Now go sit in timeout and think about what you have done.
Reluctantly, you go and sit in the ‘special timeout chair’ that isn’t different from the rest of the blue chairs.

If someone jokingly asks, "What have you done 'fermi' lately??", it could mean dat he was hoping dat you could come up with some brilliant breakthrough or illuminating invention.
