Tweeps are tweens or teens that hang out with adults 25 years or older on a regular basis. For the adult, this should be a little creepy, since most people their age would like to hang out and party with real adults. Tweeps usually result in tweeping and the adult usually becomes a tweeper.
EX1: Hey Jordan, wanna catch a movie?

EX2: Hey Jordan, wanna go bowling with Kevin & Hailey?
I would, but I'm tweeping tonight at Keisha's house.

Get the Tweepsmug. Tweeping is when an adult male or female aged 25 years or older likes to hang out with tweens or teens of the opposite sex, for long periods of time, and usually late at night. This is especially creepy, since most adults at that age like to hang out and party with actual adults. Another sense of the word would be tweeper, or tweeps.
