It's a cross between Touche' and True.

Instead of saying "true true" when you get moded.
or

Instead of saying "Touche'" when you get corrected.

Jen: It's bigger than yours
Me: I was gonna tell you a joke about my penis but it's too long
Jen: I was gonna tell you a joke about my vagina but you won't get it.
Me: ...dang, Truche'

Pronouced true-shey. When someone brings up a viable argument in which one would use the phrase touché, but the argument itself is also true.

Me: Hey, you lied, money does grow on trees.

Friend: I never said that, your dad said that.

It is the combination of "true" and "touché"
When you want to tell someone that you agree with them and they are right and you also want to acknowledge they have a good point

"We need to go out tonight otherwise we'll end up watching netflix til 4 a.m."
"Truché my friend."

When an opponent makes a valid point in an argument and you either:
1) believe it completely, or
2) believe it reluctantly.
