The feeling you get when you are simultaneously moved emotionally and a little insulted.

The term is a portmanteau of "touched" and "offended"

When he said he read some bad poetry and thought of me, I was understandably touchfended.

Person 1: It's a nice day out.
Person 2: Yeah it is, we should have class outside today.
Person 1: Touchee

- In this case Person 1 would be a toucheebag
