A person who takes a game so serious he/she does whatever tactic it takes to win. These tactics include but not limited to: hacking, pulling controllers out, or punching his opponent in the face. He/she will ALWAYS gloat after defeating you as well.

Damn Jose was such a Timmy power gamer yesterday. He broke my controller in half then proceeded to dry hump me.

In Canada, esp around Toronto, it means to eat a at a Tim Horton's coffee shop, the cannuck equivalent to Dunkin' Donuts. May also be said : get a timmy's.
Most people find this dorky and annoying.
